SHIPPING & WARRANTY INFO

Shipping


All FS Tools are shipped UPS Ground or USPS mail unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

30-Day Warranty


FS Tools (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.

Warranty Procedure


Please call 920-912-1115 or email us for product support regarding replacement parts and warranty claims. Shipping costs to return a product to FS Tool Outlet is your responsibility. FS Tool Outlet assumes the cost in shipping the replacement/repaired product back to you. All replacement or repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. You assume the cost to upgrade the shipping of your product. Let us know prior to shipping if this is your desire. FS Tool Outlet will authorize a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for your product.

Order Cancellation Policy


Please submit any cancellations via email, or call 920-912-1115.

Email cancellations must contain the following:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Order Number
4. Email Address

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
